ICO/IPO coin only benefits Developers by providing instant BTC to them not miners or investors.A few features for one or two weeks and then either dev disappears or coin loose interest.

Considering that these so called devs are not coming up with anything new (most doesn't even have anon feature) pretty much makes ICO/IPO nothing more but a tool for scammers to play with. I think if devs are confident in their coins they should invest in them.

And they invest in them! Scheme ridiculously simple:

DEV launch ICO, invest all BTC in it, get some coins, and... *drumbeat* dumps them instantly after ICO ends. It's no lose game, for him of course. In the end he gets ICO BTC + BTC from selling coins and investors turn to bagholders  Roll Eyes

Yup.They have sensed huge and instant profit in ICO/IPO coins without doing any hard work.No obligation for them for long term development of a coin. Either success or fail dev has their profit instantly and others loose mostly.
