Upping it to 25% for the first week as I badly need to keep my clients happy - willing to take a loss as long as it means I don't start turning people away.

Again, I'll provide any forms of ID, a signed invoice/promissory note showing I owe the money, bank statements and my credit history, and anything else you'd ask for.
