The problem with this is that if people are paid to have a social network account then they will create multiple accounts (essentially farming accounts) making the network less able to earn ad revenue as the user base is not "real" http://bitcoinist.net/gems-the-first-social-currency-network/
Also any service that hold bitcoin for you on your behalf is almost always a bad idea
What if you link your social account to your phone number?
Facebook tries and does this anyway.
You may exclude a few people, but you can cut down on multiple accounts.
