Obviously, they should (have) hire(d) dooglus and close the two problems with one blow (or in the very least work with him as a paid consultant)...

It is probably already too late now.
The DB brand name is ruined, and I don't think it is a good idea for dooglus to step into the trouble after all these incidents.
Plus, dooglus was a big fan of DB, but it looks like he has turned to another site already.
