Even though you explicitly state that you win based on who makes the most noteworthy posts, I am pretty sure that a lot of spam will be generated by this campaign. Might be smarter to accept people based on their previous posts (but that is my personal opinion). I do recommend you to use escrow. A lot of people got screwed in the past, which makes them wary of joining new signature campaigns. If you have any questions about that, just send me a PM 
After further thought...and a few people have said it, I believe this sort of campaign may cause spam (which is complete opposite of what I want) So I may scrap this campaign, go back to the drawing board and think another campaign idea up that may lead to more meaningful posts.

That's a smart move. Here is my suggestion to effectively use your 2.6 BTC...
Offer 0.1 BTC for a week (U may offer it for a month as well) and a total of 26 slots.
Allow 6 full member and 20 Sr./Hero/Legendary members (In reality, U'll hardly get any Legendary)
Limit Minimum post count to be 50 to get paid and restrict certain sections from where U believe your prospective audience may not come (I dont know your business... So U have to take a call here)
Escrow.
This is how u can get 1300 solid posts to advertise your business and probably walk out with +ve feedback from the community.
