Banks have paid hundreds of billions of dollars in fines/penalties under the Obama administration for bogus charges related to the financial crisis that was caused by democrats in the first place.
Did you see the terms of the settlement reached between Holder's Justice Department and Bank of America? Because Countrywide and Merrill Lynch were supposedly naughty in '08, Bank of America gets to pay their bill as punishment for buying them and a few billion of it is being funneled to Democrat groups like La Raza and all the various ACORN spinoff groups, just in time for the fall Congressional elections.
