C-Cex doesn't care at all. I have contacted them several times as the ipo was extended, and their response was pathetic:
...I understand you may have buyer's remorse but we do not do refunds as an escrow unless the coin fails to launch a working network/wallet... ...Our rules for ICO's are no different than other exchanges in regards to what is necessary. Whoever, invests in any coin must DYOR prior to doing so to make sure it is a purchase they want to make.
Doing your own research can only go so far when the dev and the exchange play fast and loose with the rules. The coin was allowed to stay open beyond the advertised completion time twice while investors called for a restart and refunds. This coin has no chance of succeeding with the stubborn attitude of this developer who has not listened to the few supporters of this coin that existed.
There is no way I will ever take a chance with an ipo on c-cex. Furthermore, as soon I can sell what little I have there, I will never put funds there again. C-cex should have died long ago, and will not last longer this way.
