looks like after recent rise, people are not sure enough to invest long term
most of volume came from daytraders looking for quick profit.
PND/USD is still low, but PND/LTC looks scary to some, we need time, for people to get used to those levels.

Actually the spike went hand in hand with mintpal getting ddos blasted. I suspect that when v2 actually comes around and works well pnd will hit 15 if not higher. I have seen strong hands so far. People are really holding onto this one.

ill admit that mintpal limited usability is making hard to tell what is really going on
