Rat4 addressed a big issue with POS 2.x. When I see IO's "POS 3.x" it just looks like some slightly tweaked version of POS. I don't see security improvements. I don't see how it makes POS better.
It makes it different. But more secure or better? I'll need to see a real technical "white paper" to make a better judgement. And different also means there could be new security holes that weren't present before. Rat4 might as well release a POS 2.1 because I just don't see BlackCoin adopting their POS system ever. Up until now, BlackCoin has proven to be secure anyway. So I don't think they eyes are on BlackCoin at all to respond to this.
