Not sure why keeping addresses on your end would matter. For coins I have funded I kept the addresses so it makes it a simpler process for funding. Instead of asking for the addresses again.

Ya but I decided to err on the side of caution and kept nothing on record just in case
By users PMing you the addresses then essentially the address is recorded on this forum somewhere. Just seems counterintuitive to not save the address then ask the buyer to send you the address you sent them on say a COA just to have it PMed on this forum.
