Good point, added rule 25 with an explanation:
25. Ban evasion (creating new accounts when the old one is banned) is not allowed.[e]
25. If you get banned (temporary or permanently) and create a new account to continue posting / sending PMs, it's considered ban evasion. The only exception is creating a thread in Meta about your ban.
25. Umgehung eines Bans (erstellen/nutzen eines neuen/anderen Accounts wen ein alter gebannt wurde) ist nicht erlaubt.
[e]25. Wenn Du gebannt (auf Zeit oder endgültig) wirst ist es nicht gestattet einen anderen Account zu nutzen um weiterhin zu posten oder private Nachrichten zu verschicken. Einzige Ausnahme ist der Erstellen eines Threads in Meta um Fragen zum Ban zu stellen.
