Is this a FUD? We've a lot of link with the identity of the dev, do you really think that a pod change something?
Everybody who has follow this thread knows who the dev is.
So I think POD isn't so necessary. I saw 5/5 pod scam people anyway, so...
Pod it could be good but isn't the law.
