Exchanges ?  Did they bought ipo or mined roscoins with huge hash ? no.
Every roscoiner has his own address, eather on exchange or wallet.
Those are separate people, doesn't matter if they store theirs coins to exchange or to the wallet.
But, if exchange owner decided to invest in roscoin, good for him.
