It's about average, I'd say. That's $380, and the AM Prismas are ~$560 for double the hashrate.

And when would you actually have those Prisma's "in hand"?

Mid to late October, probably. That's why it's average instead of being worse than the Prisma.

Ah, pre-order... So minus three weeks (at least, incl. P&P) of mining...

Oh, wait! They're produced in China, right? So some 20+% import duties/taxes would have to be paid too...

1. Yes. As I said, the lost mining time is part of the reason why $380 for 700GH/s is comparable to $560 for 1400GH/s.

Now, relax. It's not a bad price by any stretch of the imagination, especially for a Monarch as they're kind of a novelty right now. It's just not a stellar price, it's about average for what the market would pay.
