C-CEX is a SCAM exchange, just see the SSD thread.

They will ALWAYS stake their coins, as they have in the past, regardless of what you request of them.

Poor choice to offer this ICO on C-CEX...should have used a real exchange.  I hope everyone gets what they paid for and I suggest you PULL YOUR COINS OFF C-CEX AS SOON AS YOU CAN.
