Do you have proof? Those accounts belonged to an account farmer (or at least used to - could be zolace I suppose) but I think the umairsaleem010 one was sold to someone and it got banned for 60 days soon after:

forsakenpnut is the alt account of umairsaleem010 so the above would suggest it wasn't, unless it was a double bluff.
well if you bought an account for sig purposes then your abusing them anyway cause only one person can participate in the sig campaign one time, thus, the op of the sig should be warned
