So about a week + ago I got a referral but no bonus. Support made a ticket and said 24 hours or less for a reply. I waited a few days and contacted them again. They told me I should get a reply soon. After a few more times contacting and repeatedly being told it would be responded to within 24 hours; today they told me to just wait for the reply and that they cannot give a time frame for which this can happen.

I don't think Ill ever receive my bonus.
