The Minergate GUI miner is pretty damn good, its only miner that actually works with my 560ti for mining Cryptonight.
Have you tried
https://minergate.com/altminers/ccminer ? Works perfectly for my TI..
As for the GUI, sure it looks pretty. Does it perform as other miners? Sure.. Does the minergate server POOL software work properly? Hell no.
