-Algo went bust
-Network down for weeks
-Possible solutions only theoretical at this point in time

Things are looking doom and gloom with this project. I hold only because I had prepared for problems like this - expected things to go bad with new code. Hope the team can pull it off, but I am less confident in them today than when this project started.
