What's the problem?
The problem is that with small volume it's hard to be able to buy a lot of XC. 
There was a time where you could put a bid in and someone would sell down, in size, but now...??I guess that's a good thing, no one wants to sell any real large amount of XC. Im buying between 5 to 15 a week. I can only imagine folks with a lot more cash than me trying to be 500 to 1500 per week.
