I have followed all the steps but my wallet can't sync, can anyone help me?

I don't know where my coins are and I waited on Irc but I did not have that much time to wait but I will try to visit Irc again at night when I am back home. Thanks
Your wallet is on C:\Users\Yourname\Appdata\Roaming\Vortex for the new wallet
The old wallet is on C:\Users\Yourname\Appdata\Roaming\VvXx
Yes and I have saved vvxx wallet.dat but the problem is after downloading new wallet I couldn't open the vvxx wallet now and new vortex is not synching even after following all the steps in the downloaded file. So basically I can't do anything now. My old vvxx was working and staking properly. Really appreciate any help, thanks
I just tested on a new system. It didn't sync initially but after leaving it for about 10 minutes, the sync started. It just has to do with the network not being very strong yet.
Try leaving it open for about 10-15mins.
