Nope, they've been flat up refusing to even consider allowing a refund. I've had repeated emails back and forth, no luck.
Looks like i'm getting a paperweight.. definetley an expensive lesson. IMO, POW is dead. You're competing against the companies you buy the devices from. It's centralized bs. Raging.
