Yeah, the coins dont has moved -and the good thing of not other exchange working is that there no place to go with they-- ,
so here the only problem at long is:
- if they would lost the balances // user relations
- if they would lost the private keys
In this hipotetical scenarios we would need to organize as a community to get a solution, but there are not yet a proof to imagine this such big problems..
Meanwhile seems that a short term, who are in problem are the buyers, because dont there are yet Faircoins to sell
I don't think they lost the coins at all, they are just somewhere in their system.
But they could say that the coins are gone .. and that we all trade at our own risk @Mintpal.

Hope so that the coins are still somewhere in their system. But with all the hate, insults and pressure they are receiving now they wouldn't dare to steal them. Just to many people would make sure they wouldn't get happy anymore and I think moolah is at least cleaver enough to know that.
