DB provided a transaction ID showing the requested withdrawal being sent, but it showed it being sent to a different address than AK claims he gave them.

AK provided a screenshot of the withdrawal request, but his account now shows the withdrawal was requested to the address it was actually sent to.

It's likely the database was modified to change the withdrawal address after AK submitted his request, the same way it was changed to insert the skipped nonces after he randomized.
