If heroku suspended you, I guess that a competitor is paying someone to do everything he can bringing your website down. They contacted Amazon first, chances were against them that contacting Amazon would cause any damage. Amazon always warns their costumers before denying their services to them. Heroku on the other hand have really strict policies and they tend to be assholes if you don't go by their rules. But again that's just speculation. I'm not sure about what happened but if it's what I think it is, it's a good chance to build a stronger website.
