I don;t know about that, but it looks very similar to XBM and VEX, logo styling, OP page, etc...

There is no other similarities. Placebo is not developer, it isthe same guy that lauched greekcoin. placebo was just investor in greekcoin at that time. but that was long ago.
And do not worry too much, if you do not like it, there is still 30 new coins and assets out there just this week.

Those two points will not come very soon. We are currently focused on our PSP program before we start with Cloud Wallet and exchange. It doesn't make any sense to start working on a exchange if nobody cares about ROSCOIN. It only make sense from the moment ROSCOIN has the necessary marketcap to start working on that topic. At the moment ROSCOIN is too cheap and not being used by a lot of people. We first have to expand our name, the ROSCOIN brand, etc.
