Facts are I can show TIME after TIME you lied about said shipment. I agreed to those at THOSE times. BUT you failed to deliver every single time. When I kicked up the most is when you re-routed SOMEONE ELSES ORDER to my house which was a lucky coincidence not planning on your part. You did not even have my actual tracking number in the system until you converted that order which still (and I have the proof still) that the order was meant for someone else who refused the order. I have ALL the proof and documentation to show that YOU failed to deliver until I raised a massive complaint. You had to address it because you know what that means. So you CAN sue me. But you will find that the facts are all in my favor. The court cares about what can be shown not what you say. I have everything to show you lied time after time after time. So yea I might spend some time and money fighting you, but well, the facts are there no matter what you say. I have ALL the paperwork to show it.

First off how do you KNOW what my motives are? Firstly, I never stated I was out to bankrupt you so how do you KNOW this? Back up that claim with some proof. Real proof. Fact is I did not close the official threads twice because people were complaining. I did not lie to anyone about shipping hardware, I did not lie to anyone about refunds. Please note it is not a them. Its a him. Joshua Zipkin is the sole person who speaks for his company if you want to call it that. He outsources work to others altho I do think his family handles operations in the US, seeing a there are people associated with him who handle shipping. But in all Joshua Zipkin is the one who does the talking. It's easy to see it's him even with the sock puppets.

We've already compiled your slander into the filing. And shipping started just a few weeks after josh was in china. We shipped by order number, your order 1400 something and still jumped several others. Are you complaining about getting your miner before someone else who deserved it more because they ordered in November instead of February, or about the time of delay in general? Either way you're bringing up crap so that we comment on it so you can elaborate on it and bla bla. And yes, we handed off the possible 6 clients that would come on this forum off to you or anyone else really for support, because we don't want to support people on a public forum which has characters like yourself. Several support requests have came in via and we took care of them one by one.
We still have the intent to refund clients, and the reason we didn't provide an action plan was because we didn't know. We knew we built a new model of a miner that is more applicable to data centers and possibly more interesting. We didn't know Tony Serratta would become our next troll and write crap about us everyday which would effect sales. We did know that our miners were working and we felt comfortable enough to ship them to clients and start sales again. Really.. An action plan was never given because we sell a machine who's value is based on a deregulated currency's price, consumer sentiment, and our reputation. But the intention is there yes, as you already knew.
There's no point in arguing with you, and you're motives were obvious since June. But really there is no point because no one reads our thread, because our clients don't come from here and we have so few of them anyway.
