Dev most likely wants/needs time to clean up parts of the code, possibly fine tune it a bit more & add some more comments etc.
So demanding the code by today is a bit too rushed. Also, I don't think he failed at all. This coin has been a real fun ride so far.
Lastly, SupercoinDev has always held his words. So I'm not worried and happy to wait.
