Yeserday I have sent in-shop message asking what was that previous update. Today I've got another status update: "Awaiting Carrier Pick-up". When I wanted to log-in, their shop was down for "maintenance". Those stammers are fast, haha

Send complaint to FTC as "Failure to honor refund plicy" or smth.
I haven't gotten a word out of vmc or ken in months.... Anything they tell you post here pls
