After starting out very positive it ends 8 pages later like this:
Basically that it was important to ask for a refund in that 14 day window to protect my interests. When I asked that was the end of any response from KNCminer.
Its obvious KNC really don't give a shit about their customers and are just trying to get these POS bricks out of the door as fast as possible so they can fob you off for 3 months until the warranty runs out. Does anyone here believe they will honour the batch one 1 Year warranty? I don't.
I have heard others report that after requesting a Titan refund, KNC product support services became unresponsive. I have also seen implicit threats by KNC that people who are difficult on their forum may experience delayed response times from support if they need an RMA.
What a bunch of sweethearts.
