You obviously sold your share. Its unfortunate because i hate to see people go but ....when I sell something im done...gone.  stock, car , crypto what is your need to fight through this.  You will put you btc you sold for into something else...focus on that.  If you hang around and when you feel things might be picking up steam you are welcome back but stop beating this.
