Running fine for me, at least on the surface. Now at block 134 (changing fast).
Is it OK/safe/recommended to keep the classic version running at the same time? They appear to use different files, but I'm not sure if there is overlap.
I kept BOINC running, closed classic and started the research version, fwiw.

Yes you can run them side by side.
On that important note: Please dont forget about classic as we have to keep it running properly for 5 more months so everyone can burn their coins
