Imo someone is keeping the price down just to take some cheap LTCD before halving. That way he's gonna have a huge gain in the next days. Notice the sell wall he build around 1500-1530 satoshis. That way he's buying everything with the buy orders around 1430-1470. Not very smart but some people fall for that... Expect big raise in the next hours-days!
