1: If you are sysadmin so I'm quite sure that you will solve your problem by yourself
2: bicause serv doesnt have so many shits which you probably have on PC ... take a look netstat -a and ask yourself "do I know what each of connections mean ?" ... serv was configured for wallet purpose only ... thats why
