well see i paid .03 btc for .03 coins but your saying i actually may end up with much more then .03 coins like my balance currently says on bittrex.

How many BTCs is the minimum fund for the ICO?

There is no minimum amount. Even if 1 BTC was raised those users get the full amount of coins at the end of the ICO.
