RC3 is being packaged right now! You'll see it on GitHub before I have the blog post about it all up and ready. Hold off grabbing it until I've got the blog post up pls, it'll have important info on how to use RC3 correctly and some info on changes in RC3 users/community should be aware of in terms of sendtoalias functionality, etc.
