Many, many months ago there were discussions on how to get DRK to "the next level"... Now that the code is public,
tweeting isn't going to do shit for the coin in all reality. What really needs to happen is:
1. Increased adoption as a legit currency, whether this is Open Bazaar or other places, I don't know.
2. I think I was underwhelmed by Kristov's analysis and while I can't wrap my head around why, it still might be worthwhile to get some other trusted voice in cryptography involved on an audit.. maybe I was just looking for some sort of definitive statement outlining the effectiveness of the privacy/anonymity stuff...
3. Another thing discussed was getting Evan out into the public eye, via conferences... this was the only one I recall seeing:

And I am pretty sure it fell apart. At this point, Evan really should start making a place for "appearances".
If there were legit efforts in these, i'm sure funds could be launched and supported by the community.
Have to disagree with you there... Evan, Fernando and all of my followers would say otherwise! No effort is worthless.
