Because in the mind of the OP this coin will be a tax coin. It will tax every single created coin, from bitcoin to doge to whatever and use that tax coin to create a poverty coin. Since it is
an amazingly good idea , people like the OP will push hard to have this implemented or call anyone against this idea racist, elitist and anti poor, or something like that
