The video version is still in a beta state, the last bugs have been fixed. True development takes a long time.

As explained earlier, the voting system and dev fund will be removed and the block reward will be changed to 5 unless you have objections.

What is the result of changing the block reward? Does this have implications on the price? Is this in favor of new investors or current investors?

It was a request,  it will be steadier over time.
