Here's the escrow agreement for the HYC ICO.

The held investments will only be released to the developer, "highyieldcoin" after the HYC has been distributed, POD verified, and there's an overall stability of the wallets, and blockchain.

If any issues arise with the distribution I will provide mediation and release the Bitcoin to the party with the most compelling evidence.
