You may not notice it. It's a bit too long, the word "explorer" often gets cut off.
Looks good to me, but that is most likely because I'm using a big screen (like almost everyone), so I don't really care if it doesn't fit on smaller screens. 
As PolarPoint puts it, it is down to personal integrity.
HYIP/Ponzi *IS* a bad thing, helping a HYIP/Ponzi promote is also a bad thing however you wish to put it. They can code the sigs themselves, at least they are not from us. Sigs from experienced designers are more professional and effective. By not submitting our quality designs, hopefully less newbies would fall for the HYIP/Ponzi.
