what does an unverified account at Cryptsy mean exactly ? can you still trade and withdraw ? i dont really feel like uploading official paperwork (ID, photo)

Two things that I am aware of
1) Your BTC deposits will require 12 confirmations
2) Your withdrawals will require manual processing by Cryptsy staff. (doesn't take too long).
Bittrex is only 2 confirmations for deposits
