Of course..but.. why? what is their goal/deal? People that sell of 600-500-400 satoshis, sure are IPO investors, cause miners have no resons to sell at a price which dont allow even to re-pay electricity bill..so for sure are IPO investors.. why sell even Lower than IPO price?
Well, maybe some of investors need BTC ASAP. Or some of them don't believe in the EXCL. Anyway, that's not important
