Since the 'public period' is not until the 'mania phase', that would imply to me that the 'stealth phase' was between 0 & ~1,000 satoshi. The "awareness" phase was when people watching crypto-blogs, reddit, bitcointalk & eventually bittrex, became aware of it and started investing heavily. In that case I would say we are at the beginning of the 'awareness phase' just after take-off.  With this coin though, the awareness phase will not be institutional investors but crypto-traders, then dispensary customers, then a broader public.
