...No it doesn't. Just looked and you get 300 satoshi every 10 minutes = 1800 satoshi. And it says

" - good but not as good as faucetfm.When I first used freebiecoin I got 600 sats every 15 minutes, but after the third use, the pay went to 250 sats. So the value seems to change. And last time I saw it's balance was empty.
For me FaucetFM does not show the captcha even when open for hours
