so if the bandwith growth happens to stop in 10 years, then in 20 years you end up
with max block of 44337 whereas the "comfortable" size (if we consider 1MB being comfortable
right now) is only 769.
I call that "easy to overshoot" because predicting technology for decades ahead is hard,
and the difference between these numbers is huge.
