anyone know if there will be criminal charges laid? and what happen to the bitcoins they hold? and what will the IP be worth to pay off their creditors?
Which IP? How much do you think it to be worth? They claim to have like 5 BTC.

That's probably a Bitpay address; if it belonged to HF it would be listed on the inventory.

I don't think Phinn's and your debunked conspiracy theories about secret mines and secret wallets panned out any more than cedivad's months of bragging about how his lawyer was going to easily put people in jail.   Cheesy

Instead of blathering paranoid defamatory nonsense, let's now discuss the latest court filings:

HF has filed suit against Uniquify to get their (IE our) wafers back, while Uniquify wants to hold them hostage.  The law seems to be on HF's side, so we will probably get the wafers back and may even see some damages awarded for the loss in value/extortion.
