Presstab, I updated "What is PoS?" with you lottery analogy. Please check I am right: http://hyperstake.wikia.com/index.php?title=What_is_PoS%3F&diff=4353&oldid=4289

Regarding Raspberry, could people knowlegeable about it write a tutorial on the wikia? Same for Raspberry
How to build for Android

I have a question regarding POS:
why a smaller block with weight of 5100 and age of 10.08 stakes first and another one (twice so big) with age of 11.9 and weight of 13500 struggle for 3 days to stake and........nothing? Sad
Part of the staking process is intentionally random (nonce). This helps lower blocks to get a chance.

Using the HYP richlist, I’ve seen some very encouraging figures.
Great cycoinminer. We need some statistics with interpretation. Let's just make our best to avoid confirmation bias (I do not imply you fell for it in your analysis).

This is pretty cool! We have David Latapie to thank for this of course (well and of course busoni@poloniex).
And mobydick@poloniex too. He is the one who decide to propose a coin market to busoni. He is the one who was enthousiastic enough about HYP to accept BTC/HYP, then XMR/HYP and finally two days ago XUSD/HYP. He is a great guy and he even refused that I give him some HYP (my proposal came after the inclusion of the XMR/BTC market, not before, so not attempt at bribery here, just to be clear).

David's hope with this market is to be able to pin down a fiat value for HYP.
This is just one use (they are planning to do it, anyway, for all coins). The other use is to promote the "Stake and Cash" campagin (see my article, below).

Yes, honestly the HYP community is the friendliest and coolest I have found in all of crypto.  I really wish we could do a small HYPcon someday!   Cheesy
Let's organize a HYPcon in SLC when I'll pay you a visit! OK, Las Vegas could be good too, but more expensive, I guess. I like how you people are pushing HYP for Las Vegas (yeah, I know it is a joke, but we have quite a experience about how joke can mature with HYP itself). But instead of a pledge, we would need people to actually donate (with refund possible, which is time-consuming to track). They would not have to keep the HYP, just to have them long enough for shooting a movie about them accepting HYP, then we would use countmycrypto.com to show how much USD they got out of it. Then behind the scene, we would convert in USB for them. Let's get 25% more than asked, for security margin, fees, sleepage... Companies at Las Vegas are probably more willing to do something crazy than in other locations. Of course having some contacts from Vegas beforehand would help.

Finally...
I wrote an new entry on the HDJ now that we are on the XUSD market. We are gaining momentum and trying out (ex-pe-ri-men-ting) new, more ambitious, directions
