It's the dev that decides that.
It's up to Majika to be in contact with the other devs and especially Dan Metcalf (XC).
Majika did say that he wishes to make aerome open source. But, i hope he realises that the reason Dan did the reviews and was playing close attention to other coins was because he needed to build the network necessary to help with Blocknet.
The same thing needs to be done by majika too. Being a part of this might actually bring other devs to aerome (who might see its potential, and build upon it) it also shows collaboration, and interest to be a part of larger things and attract other parts of the crypto community.
Its good to be a lone wolf, but in these environments, wider groups thrive.
So I hope that within the middle or end of next week, we hear some thoughts from majika regarding what he intends to do. I really hope he jumps in though.
A lot of information and collaboration of ideas can be achieved in something like this, which in the end will benefit aero.
