I hope this can give bitcoin faucet is more, if the faucet is proven to pay? Can you provide proof of payment of the faucet, as this could be a reference to us that this faucet proven to pay ...

Not right now. It's still quite small though (and young! Just a few days since release apparently), so given a significant population of bitcoin-payout demanding users, I hope that btc payout will be an option soon.
As you can see, they are still not paying. Don't really know when will they and don't know if it would be worth it. To pay up a decent amount and for the owner to make a profit, he needs to make a pretty good amount of btc from ad revenues.
